At Zubido.pk, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within the allowed period under the conditions below.

📦 Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• A clear unboxing video must be provided as proof at the time of receiving the parcel.

🚚 Return Shipping & Charges:

• No return delivery charges will be applied. Zubido.pk will bear the return shipping cost if your claim is approved.
• For wrong, damaged, or defective items, we will arrange a free pickup or guide you for an easy return process.

🔁 Return Process:

• Contact us at zubidopk@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
• Share your order number, issue details, and unboxing video.
• After verifying the claim, we’ll arrange return pickup or guide you for parcel return.
• Once the item is received and inspected, your replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Products returned without prior approval or without proof of issue will not be accepted.
• Ensure all returned items are securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
