At Zubido.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, in case of any issue, we offer an easy return or refund policy – but with a few important conditions.

📦 How to Claim a Refund or Replacement:

• Please record a clear video while opening the parcel for the first time. This is necessary for any refund/replacement claim.
• Inspect the product properly in the video – check for damage, functionality, and correctness.
• If there’s any issue (damaged, wrong, or faulty item), you can choose to either return the product or ask for a replacement/refund.

🔁 What You Can Expect:

• After reviewing your video and claim, we will either issue a replacement or a full refund – as per your preference.
• This process may take approximately 5–7 working days after claim approval.

⚠️ Please Note:

• Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
• Used products without proof of defect will not be eligible for refund.
• Customized or special-order items may not be refundable unless defective.
